2. Response to Takedown Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notify the user responsible for the content of the takedown request.
  • Provide the user with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed in error.

3. DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

  • Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
  • A description of the removed content and its location prior to removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area (or the area of the copyright owner) and agreeing to accept service of process from the party who submitted the original takedown notice.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate user accounts or access to our website for repeat infringers or users who repeatedly violate our intellectual property policies.

5. Misrepresentation

Any person who knowingly misrepresents material as infringing or non-infringing may be liable for damages under the DMCA. Please ensure all claims are accurate and submitted in good faith.
